Bruce Greenwood filmed his role in this independent film written and helmed by his Thirteen Days director, Roger Donaldson the first week of October 2004 in Utah. The film stars Anthony Hopkins as Burt Munro, a New Zealander who designed the world's fastest 1920 Indian motorcycle and then took it to Utah where he set the land-speed world record at The Bonneville Salt Flats in the 1970s.
      Production (without Greenwood) moved to New Zealand in November where the original story took place. The movie chronicles Munro's various exploits and involves a vast cast of varied actors playing vignettes, including Christopher Lawford and Diane Ladd. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, September 2005 - to be released in the US in 2006.
